Faithful Fitness

Join our "Faithful Fitness" for daily exercise and a happier, healthier you! 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️ Discover the incredible benefits of regular exercise. All you need is a commitment to move for a minimum of 30 minutes each day or more, and it can be any type of exercise you enjoy. We'll meet once a week for a motivating group walk session, Thursday from 6:15 to 7 : 15 pm , and the rest of the time, it's up to you to stay active. We'll stay connected through our WhatsApp group, where we'll report our daily exercise routines and motivate each other, at the end of each week and month we'll celebrate those who've achieved the most, turning our fitness journey into a friendly competition. We might have also some prices at the end of the month! Join us and experience the power of daily movement, not just for your body but for your mind too! 💪🧠📈🥇.

Frequency: Weekly, Begins Thursday, May 2nd from 6:15 to 7 : 15 pm.
